One of the modern projects in Sulaymaniyah named Dli Shar “Heart of the City” on Salem Street.
Our client trusts us to The design work of the “Heart of the City” for engineering consultancy.
It consists of 4 residential towers and one commercial tower on an area of 21,400 m2 Each tower consists of 25 residential floor and 2 commercial floors.
The project will also include a gym, market, nursery, swimming pool, kindergarten, pharmacy, private clinic, and salon.
The green area of the project is 6873 m2,
Reaches 31% of the project area.
